Good morning, Kobe!

This morning we had a "Pinning Ceremony", where the branch manager came and we got a lapel pin. Unfortunately, it's company property and must be returned when we leave. Yoshimi is my manager, and she's super nice. She helped me to the trains, and we rode from Osaka to Kobe, about 45 minutes. I'm in a hotel down the street from the subway.

The photo isn't good because my lens isn't wide enough haha. I'm pretty tired, but hungry too. Probably going to go out and find a grocery store.


I'm pretty sad to leave all my fellow teachers. I feel like we're mostly friends. I hope they're prepared for me to facebook the shit out of them. Oli gave me a nickname (Merry Berry). It's pretty funny in a British accent. I bet Lamika is glad to not live with me anymore, too.

Well, it's sunny outside right now, and I'm going to go have a look around! Miss you all, I'm sorry I don't call very often, it's difficult with the time difference and when I'm actually at home on my computer.
